Downrange: Sharpshooter (“the App”) is developed by Roy Raedisch (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
Downrange: Sharpshooter does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All game data stays on your device.
The App stores the following information locally on your device only, using Apple’s SwiftData framework:
None of this information is linked to your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information, because the App never asks for any.
The App does not collect, and has no capability to collect:
The App uses your device’s gyroscope and motion sensors (via Apple’s CoreMotion framework) to power the gyroscope aiming mode. This data is processed entirely on your device in real time to control the game’s camera and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services.
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you control it directly:
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect personal information from any user. The App is rated in accordance with the age rating assigned by the App Store.
Apple’s App Store and iOS platform may independently collect certain data (such as crash reports or aggregate download statistics) under Apple’s own privacy policy, which is separate from this one and outside our control. See Apple’s privacy policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ for details.
If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised policy at this same address.
